Salary Range: $15 to $24 per hour

Job Overview Harrison Street Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for our preschool students. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team of experienced educators and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Provide a supportive and engaging learning environment for preschool students
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Follow classroom schedules and routines set by lead teachers
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Ensure the safety and well‑being of all students at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferredMust have a passion for working with young children and creating a positive learning environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Must pass all required background checks and screenings
Must Love Jesus and Kids!
