What You’ll Do:
Leading & inspiring our team
of service advisors and technicians to deliver top-notch service.
Ensuring customers leave happy
by resolving concerns and creating unforgettable experiences.
Optimizing operations
so our service department runs like a finely tuned machine.
Supporting training and growth opportunities for our staff – help us build the next generation of automotive pros!
Monitoring performance metrics and helping the Service Manager hit goals that matter.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in
automotive service management
or dealership operations preferred.
Strong
leadership and communication skills
– you motivate, organize, and inspire.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced environment
while keeping cool under pressure.
Tech-savvy with dealership software and Microsoft Office.
A genuine passion for
customer satisfaction .
