Reports To: Executive Director of Athletics
Employment Status: Part Time Year-Round
Job Summary Varsity Girls Volleyball Head Coach includes all aspects of operation of the Volleyball program, youth through high school. This includes planning, developing, mentoring, and leading student-athletes and coaches in the program.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and implement a plan to develop student athletes
Actively promote a Christian-centered athletic experience
Develop a plan to build a championship culture
Lead summer and other off-season workouts
Organize and assemble a coaching varsity, junior varsity and junior high coaching staff
Actively help with grow the program by coordinating/working with the admissions office
Oversee the development of the feeder system which could include youth and middle school, camps, and clinics
Job Qualifications
Must be committed to developing student-athletes physically, emotionally, and spiritually
Must possess strong communication skills, organization, and leadership skills
Experience head coaching at the high school level or college level is preferred
Seeking individuals who will bring great energy and enthusiasm as well as strong Christian leadership skills
Comfortable working in a multi-denominational community
