Job Summary
The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach will assist the Head Coach in the administration of a Division I Women’s Soccer Program. Duties include coaching, recruiting, soccer camps, academic and personnel support, and all necessary administrative work as assigned by the Head Coach. The candidate must adhere to all UK, SEC & NCAA rules and regulations.
Physical Requirements • Lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 25 lbs. • Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time. • Regular job‑related travel.
Shift Days, weekends, and evenings as required for athletic contests.
Qualifications
Coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
Recruiting experience with collegiate athletes at the national level.
Knowledge of NCAA, SEC, and UK regulations and compliance procedures.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to support academic requirements and personnel matters for student‑athletes.
Preferred Education/Experience None specified.
