Job Description:
The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health department, a large multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive mental health services in the Twin Cities, is seeking a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow for our adult practice. The role focuses on individual psychotherapy. The candidate will receive in-house supervision toward independent licensure from a Licensed Psychologist, meeting all state and board requirements. A doctoral degree in psychology or a related field is required. The position is located in St. Louis Park, with services offered both in-person and via telemedicine.
Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients.
Participate in outpatient assessment and therapy both in-person and via telemedicine.
Collaborate with medical colleagues and other behavioral health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Engage in ongoing professional development and evidence‑based practice.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field.
Commitment to evidence‑based care and training.
Strong relationship‑building skills with colleagues.
Pay Range $36.06–$37.86 per hour (compensation may also be influenced by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location).
