GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer based in Mesa, AZ.

Mesa, AZ

Schedule:

Full‑time. Sample hours – Saturday & Sunday 7 pm–7 am; Thursday–Friday 7 am–3 pm (40 hrs per week)

Hourly Wage:

Competitive at $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or GED

Successful completion of an extensive screening process

Exceptional customer service skills

Basic phone and computer proficiency

Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Minimum age 21 years

Valid driver's license with a clear MVR record

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is an advantage

State security license if required
