What you’ll do as an Inside Sales Rep
Support
customers via phone, email, website chat, and in person, answering questions about swing sets, customization options, pricing, and services. Consult
with customers to understand needs and guide the design of customized swing set layouts. Prepare
estimates and drawings and manage follow-up communication on revisions and next steps. Guide
customers through the ordering, payment, and delivery process, ensuring accuracy and clear expectations. Work
rotating Saturday shifts during peak seasons to support customer demand. Assist
with occasional playground events and represent King Swings at 3-5 trade shows per year. Travel
occasionally to meet with potential leads and attend trade shows.
Our Ideal Inside Sales Rep
Experience:
No prior sales experience required; on-the-job training provided, with previous customer-facing experience a plus. Must have a high school diploma. Customer-focused:
Listens carefully to customer needs and concerns and responds with professionalism, clarity, and follow-through. Detail-oriented:
Handles CRM entries, estimates, drawings, warranty information, and follow-up details accurately and consistently. Clear Communicator:
Clearly communicates expectations, timelines, pricing, and next steps to both customers and internal teams. Collaborative:
Works well across departments to deliver a smooth, well-coordinated customer experience. Problem-solver:
Adapts to changing priorities, finds solutions within company guidelines, and steps in to support the team during busy periods. Computer Skills:
Comfortable with basic computer use, including MS Office and learning internal systems.
What we offer our Inside Sales Rep
$20/hour plus commissions Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, averaging 45 hours per week during peak season, with occasional Saturdays in March-May Health, dental, & vision insurance Paid time off & paid holidays Employee product discounts Training, internal support, and a team-oriented environment in a growing, family-owned company
