Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and seasoned
Commercial Lines Account Executive
to join a well-established, independent, full-service insurance agency. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in commercial lines account management, a strong background in insurance, and a passion for mentoring and leadership.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $120,000 - $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage and service large market commercial lines accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000.
Oversee the renewal process, including claims reviews, policy reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide mentorship and training to account managers and other staff members.
Lead staff training sessions and assist in interviewing and hiring future account managers and producers.
Handle 80% service-related tasks and 20% new business sales from incoming opportunities.
Introduce and implement loss control and risk management resources for clients.
Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
At least one professional designation such as CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) is required; CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) is strongly preferred. AU (Associate in Commercial Underwriting) designation is a plus.
Proven ability to manage and service large market accounts with a deep understanding of insurance processes.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and training staff.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
