Overview
Role: Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Location: Miami Lakes, FL / various parts of Florida (State Farm Agent Team Member) As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

With a combined team of 20 dedicated insurance professionals, we are nationally ranked and top-producing year after year. Over the past 30+ years, we’ve celebrated our team’s success with fully-paid trips to destinations such as New York, the Caribbean, Las Vegas, Quebec, and more; next stop, Madrid, Spain. Rick Sanchez, our agency owner, is a graduate of Saint Thomas University and is active in charitable causes including Boys & Girls Clubs of America and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
