Responsibilities
Sell general pest control services to residential customers within an assigned territorial area, which may span multiple branch service areas.
Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and present a sales solution to prospective customers.
Arrive at scheduled estimates and service appointments in a timely manner.
Explain pest control services and sell repetitive annual service agreements to 70% of all estimates scheduled.
Work with branch management to establish sales growth goals and coordinate activities to ensure these goals are achieved.
Travel between areas or within a specified territory; isolate target areas in collaboration with branch management.
Occasionally service accounts and perform exclusion where necessary.
Receive and properly account for company funds collected during the course of business activities.
Submit all paperwork and collections on a daily basis.
Maintain company‑issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must hold Branch II and Home Improvement Specialist licenses.
Speak clearly and effectively in English; dress professionally; pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress positively.
Abide by safety instructions, rules, policy and procedures; use safety devices and equipment; report violations or deficiencies to supervisor.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
