Subscriber Services Representative I
to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This role is essential in supporting our cooperative fiber subscribers by providing high-quality customer service and technical assistance. Responsibilities
Handle incoming cooperative fiber calls and provide general information Resolve equipment and subscription issues per cooperative procedures Accurately enter support tickets with all required subscriber and issue details Work closely with internal teams to ensure subscriber satisfaction Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required Associate degree or 2-year technical degree in computer technology/network administration preferred 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or help desk Experience with utility fiber-to-the-home systems preferred Equivalent industry experience may substitute for formal education We welcome all levels of experience.
