Defining and evolving the company’s learning & development strategy and employee learning offer in alignment with business goals and talent priorities
Assessing organizational and leadership development needs in partnership with subject‑matter experts, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership
Designing and scaling a holistic learning ecosystem: training programs, leadership development, mentoring, certifications, and external learning partnerships
Overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning content and programs to meet diverse audience and business needs
Establishing success metrics and governance to evaluate program effectiveness, optimize investment, and ensure sustained impact
Managing learning platforms, tools, budgets, and operational logistics while maximizing adoption and return on learning investments
Driving engagement and alignment through strategic communications and global collaboration, partnering with the Pune‑based training team to leverage best practices
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
Passion for developing talent in a high‑growth, highly competitive environment
6+ years of learning & development experience, with at least 2 years in a manager capacity, preferably in a fast‑paced start‑up or tech organization
Knowledge of current learning research and theory and the ability to apply it to instructional design and delivery
Experience building creative and scalable programs responsive to evolving strategies
Experience setting up and managing learning operations and developing a scalable platform for L&D administration
Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, leadership, and project‑management skills
Strong understanding of general business operations and processes enabling interaction with internal and external partners at all levels
Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity

Salary and Compensation Zocdoc is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
NYC Base Salary Range: $111,600 – $145,000 USD
