The manager is responsible for leading department‑level restaurant operations, modeling leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values. Responsibilities
Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of a high‑volume upscale restaurant.
Implement effective systems, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Develop and coach a high‑performing team aligned with Darden Core Values.
Monitor financial performance and maintain profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high‑volume upscale or high‑end resort restaurant.
Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service.
Proven ability to develop and lead teams.
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution.
Compensation & Benefits
