R1112618**Job Description:**The Account Manager plays a strategic and operational leadership role in driving media campaign success across the Retail Media Network. Supporting high-profile vendor partnerships, you will lead all aspects of post-sale campaign delivery and serves as the primary owner of campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and client relationship management.With a deep understanding of retail media workflows, the Account Manager operates as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal stakeholders, proactively shaping campaign strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will manage a cross-functional team of internal collaborators (Media, Creative, Sales, Analytics) and vendor stakeholders to ensure flawless execution—from creative and SKU alignment to media launch, pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.We ask that you have confidence navigating ambiguity, identifying scalable solutions, and leading process improvement initiatives. Account Managers help drive client satisfaction and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, influencing renewals, and contributing to best-in-class service delivery.You will sit within Dentsu's New Stream Media capability, supporting eRetail, Retail Media Network, and Shopper Marketing initiatives, and reports to the Senior Account Manager.**Main responsibilities:*** Own the full post-sale campaign lifecycle across a portfolio of high-impact vendor accounts, with autonomy to manage pacing, execution, and performance delivery.* Lead strategic campaign planning in partnership with Sales, aligning on client goals, media tactics, budget allocation, and execution timelines.* Translate complex media plans into actionable deliverables across internal systems (Salesforce, , SmartSheet, Google Sheets) and trackers.* Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining high-touch communication to manage expectations, field questions, and proactively solve challenges.* Oversee campaign setup, audience strategy enablement, creative intake and approvals, trafficking coordination, and real-time optimizations.* Partner with media and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance, ensure accurate reporting, and translate insights into client-facing recommendations.* Lead regular campaign review calls and post-campaign wrap presentations to drive transparency, client trust, and repeat business.* Collaborate with Sales on renewal and upsell strategies, including identification of optimization opportunities and incremental budget asks.* QA campaign materials and trafficking plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with retailer specifications.* Contribute to internal process evolution by documenting campaign nuances, sharing learnings, and supporting system/tool improvements.**Qualifications*** 4+ years of experience in digital or retail media within an account management, media planning, or client services function.* Strong knowledge of retail media campaign workflows, platforms, and KPIs (e.g., iROAS, reach, clicks).* Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.* Proven success managing client relationships and navigating complex internal teams to deliver results.* Proficiency in workflow and campaign systems: Salesforce, , Excel, SmartSheet, Google Sheets, Tableau.* Familiarity with programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Criteo) and third-party data platforms (e.g., LiveRamp).* Comfortable leading meetings, giving presentations, and distilling performance results into actionable insights.* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in owning deliverables and improving team processes.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.The annual salary range for this position is $51,000 -$83,375.
