Manager, Marketing Operations – Deal Management Division: Global Content Distribution Reports To: VP Digital Transactional, Deal Management Company: Paramount Skydance Division: Global Content Distribution is responsible for the distribution of the company’s product to Television and Transactional media worldwide (Free TV, FVOD, FAST, Pay TV, SVOD, Basic Cable, Pay-per-view, Video-on-demand and Electronic sell-through). Role Specification

Role Objective:

This position is responsible for availability support and the maintenance in the company databases of pricing for Pay Per View, transactional video on demand, and electronic sell through for all of GCD’s transactional customers worldwide. Summary of Role Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day CVM pricing activities related to WW TV for all Paramount Skydance brands. Maintain and verify digital product data in CVM, including but not limited to release dates, pricing tiers, and categories for new content offers averaging 250 TV seasons a year. Execute and maintain all client and title-specific pricing activities, including standard offers, bundles, volumes, language/territory specific edit versions, and reprices. Create, load, and maintain license rights descriptions, legacy SKUs and DAB Air Order information in CVM for avail exports. Assist in the onboarding process for new TV deals, including creation of contract level pricing templates, testing and offer creation. Maintain, edit, and/or add default pricing by contract in CVM. Manually create EMA format avails, as needed. Person Specification

Qualification

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or a related media, or other entertainment, marketing, or project management role Strong software application skills Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Experience in home entertainment a plus Skills and Abilities

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Familiar with a variety of industry concepts and properties Ability to work well under pressure Self-motivated, pro-active, and a quick learner Disposition

Hiring Salary Range: $84,000.00 - 87,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
