Account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states represented in the Lilly portfolio, including customers in multiple HCP specialties and key hospital accounts. Act as a credible expert and resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients. Drive results by embracing Lilly’s models: Lilly Selling Model, Lilly Competency Model and Account Management Model to meet customer needs through strong execution; drive consistent ways of working within the Regional Healthcare Market. Build relationships with key customers to drive utilization and adoption of Lilly medicines for the right patients. Promote the full portfolio of priority products with multiple HCP specialties and navigate the healthcare environment and payer landscape to become trusted partners. Utilize business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and potential obstacles; implement new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to streamline customer interactions. Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance the customer experience; model a growth mindset to create positive experiences. Engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers and promote Lilly’s portfolio through planning and execution across BU-portfolio and across HCP specialties; utilize the Virtual Medical Hub as appropriate. Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and general market access; hold self-accountability for results across accounts from individual HCPs to large health systems. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree. Professional certification or license required to perform this position if required by a specific state. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Legally authorized to be employed in the United States. ADDITIONAL SKILLS / PREFERENCES
Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results. Account based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts. Strong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, and emotionally intelligent. Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs. Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 - $151,800. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including eligibility to participate in a company-sponsored 401(k); pension; vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
