CentiMark Corporation – Roofing Service Sales Representative
We are looking for a self‑starter and energetic individual to develop estimates and grow our business for our fast‑paced, multi‑faceted commercial roofing company in the greater Cocoa area.
Compensation Year‑end compensation (Base + Commission) for this position is between $75k – $100k.
Job Summary
Work with existing customers and also on opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed; prepare various progress reports to management.
Visit client’s facility, build business relationships and present information about CentiMark Corporation.
Candidate Qualifications
Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is preferred.
Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred.
Experience in growing market share.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem‑solve.
Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
Excellent time management and follow‑up skills.
