Overview
This Account Executive role supports the growth and maintenance of client accounts by coordinating marketing efforts and managing ongoing client communications. This individual will specifically be supporting the
Japanese Executive Program . The position is responsible for engaging prospective companies to assess needs, identify key decision-makers, schedule appointments, and close sales, while also maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients to promote additional healthcare services.
The role partners closely with provider and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery and accurate billing, contributing to a positive client experience. It also includes monitoring competitor activity related to products, pricing, and service networks; supporting the development of promotional materials; and communicating service knowledge to patients, customers, caregivers, referral sources, and colleagues. Additionally, this position helps organize and align home health skills and medical equipment resources across service lines to meet patient population needs.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR associate's degree/bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
2+ years' experience selling and marketing healthcare solutions to employer clients (e.g., Occupational Health, direct to employer health services).
B2B sales experience.
