The Human Resources Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the daily operations of the HR Department. This position provides administrative and clerical support across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records management, and employee relations. The HR Assistant helps ensure HR processes run efficiently and that all staff receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process for open positions, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Oversee the onboarding process by coordinating with supervisors to ensure thorough and welcoming position orientations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, databases, and files.
Assist with HR projects, staff events, and organizational initiatives that support employee engagement and development.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of clerical experience or two years of college, or combination of both experience and education.
Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft and Google applications, Gmail, and databases.
Details
40hr per week for 52 weeks per year
Wage is $20.19 per hour for qualified applicant
