About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Support Specialist who blends technical know-how with customer-facing clarity. You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to evaluate customer energy usage, design system layouts, and produce clean, accurate proposals. This is a collaborative role that supports both internal workflows and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Review energy bills, site data, and customer objectives to create accurate solar proposals.
Prepare bill-of-materials, layout drawings, and production estimates.
Participate in sales calls and handoffs to ensure customers feel supported and informed.
Assist the sales team with documentation, CRM updates, and coordination across departments.
Communicate progress, timelines, and updates to internal teams and customers.
Qualifications
Experience with solar or construction design tools (CAD, Helioscope, Aurora, Energy Tool Base, or similar).
Experience with organizational and CRM tools like Odoo, MS systems.
Clear communicator with strong customer service instincts.
Ability to translate technical data into understandable proposals.
Organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
Prior experience in solar, construction, or related project design preferred.
