Screw Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Interpret blueprints to ensure all dimensions and specifications are met, maintaining high standards of quality and production

Operate a minimum of two multi-spindle screw machines while meeting established quality and production rate requirements

Sharpen and maintain basic cutting tools, including cutoff blades, form tools, shave tools, and drills

Monitor and maintain proper machine fluid levels

Interpret and analyze SPC charts and quality data to ensure process control and product consistency

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in accordance with safety standards

Perform additional duties and assignments as required

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and precision gaging

Prior experience operating multi-spindle screw machines
