Our Patient Support Services (PSS) team helps patients access therapies through reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education, with field teams providing education and support to patients and customers. As the Associate Director of Analytics and Reporting within the PSS Analytics & Reporting (A&R) team, you will lead analytics and reporting initiatives for patient affordability programs across multiple therapeutic areas. You will partner with operational, strategic, and program teams to provide actionable insights that drive program optimization, improve patient access, and influence leadership decisions. This role includes oversight of vendor relationships, governance of reporting standards, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maximize program impact. Main Responsibilities

Affordability & Program Leadership Support the affordability and program teams to operationalize best-in-class financial assistance programs for patients. Oversee program performance monitoring, trend identification, and implementation of process improvements to optimize outcomes. Support development of the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring actionable insights are communicated to PSS LT, Brand teams, and other senior stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert for patient affordability programs and financial assistance initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PSS team leads, Field, Digital, and offshore hub teams, to maintain alignment and drive strategic priorities. Provide oversight and guidance on vendor management. Influence strategy for patient access initiatives using evidence-based insights. Analytics & Dashboard Governance Lead the design, development, and governance of dashboards and reporting platforms supporting affordability programs. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and standardization of dashboards across products and therapeutic areas. Oversee ad hoc reporting requests, ensuring timely and actionable insights. Conduct periodic dashboard reviews and identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness. Provide strategic insights from analytics to senior leadership to inform decision-making and program optimization. Develop and enforce governance policies, SOPs, and best practices for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with digital teams and internal partners to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability. Leadership & Change Management Act as an influential team member within PSS A&R, driving change, innovation, and continuous improvement in analytics and reporting practices. Mentor and develop junior team members on the offshore hub team, building a high-performing team culture. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the PSS organization. Represent the team in cross-functional initiatives and strategic discussions to align analytics with organizational goals. About You

Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data analytics, strategic insights, or related areas within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Demonstrated experience influencing operational and strategic decisions through data-driven insights. Solid understanding of market dynamics, policy implications, and best practices in patient affordability and access. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and project management skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MHA, or similar). Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau). Experience in affordability program management, patient support services, or insights related areas within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven experience in analytics governance, reporting standardization, and dashboard development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience managing vendors and/or offshore teams.
