Requirements
Must reside in Florida to be considered
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test
Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am‑7 pm Mon‑Fri
What you will be doing
Respond to all tolling and/or administration related customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and resources available through people, customer records, and knowledge management systems
Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications
May require outbound correspondence from the client to be processed
Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
Sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type
Identify documents and their purpose; create a database of information
Classify documents based on contract requirements
Capture information based on client requirements
Verify data from automated data extraction tools
Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Perform other duties as assigned
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals
Work autonomously within established procedures and practices
