Rental Dispatcher
to support our Houston-based team by coordinating
equipment field technicians ,
repair schedules , and
rental equipment deliveries

customers ,
sales reps , and
branch locations Dispatch
field service technicians
and
haul truck drivers
for equipment repairs, deliveries, and pick-ups Open, review, and close
work orders Maintain real-time updates using
SmartSheet
or similar tools Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction Leverage internal systems to fulfill
rental equipment requests
and track fleet status Provide equipment and operational recommendations using condition monitoring data Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent Strong
mechanical aptitude Professional
communication skills : verbal, written, phone, email, and in-person Strong
computer skills , especially with Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented , highly organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment ✅
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of
CAT equipment Familiarity with
rental equipment applications
in construction or industrial sectors Experience in data analytics or data science Ready to lead the coordination behind Mustang’s rental operations?
