The Compliance Coordinator manages overall quality‑improvement activities that enhance operational efficiency and care quality for children in the residential treatment program. Key responsibilities include: Developing and evaluating resident care and outcome programs Implementing quality‑improvement strategies in collaboration with administrative and clinical leaders Tracking and presenting improvement metrics to management Ensuring compliance with licensing, contractual regulations, and outside‑agency reporting Overseeing incident‑reporting protocols and corrective measures To Be Considered You Should
Be at least 21 years of age Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred Have 4 years of experience in auditing and regulatory compliance, or a bachelor’s degree with one year of related experience Be experienced with state‑specific Medicaid procedures Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Schedule
