Job Summary The Warehouse Associate II supports daily warehouse logistics, primarily handling shipping, receiving, inventory management and customer order fulfillment, while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
Pull customer orders, ensure accuracy based on item number, serial numbers, size, quantity, etc.
Load for SupplySight.
Manage Will Calls.
Perform cycle counts (first count) and verify inventory records.
Receiving and Unloading
Receive, inspect, and match orders to purchase orders; log into system.
Load/unload palletized freight and move products to shipping or storage.
Organize and shelve stock efficiently.
Conduct cycle counts (second count) and confirm inventory records.
Handle non‑conforming products per company policies and OSHA.
Clean and maintain warehouse areas; practice housekeeping.
Operate forklift and other equipment safely; perform daily inspections.
Shipping
Manage shipments with UPS, FedEx, etc., labeling and preparing orders.
Handle hazardous and non‑hazardous items per OSHA.
Perform final inspections before shipping.
Quality Control
Identify process improvement opportunities and perform QA checks.
Inspect products for defects and damages.
Coordinate with Operations Manager on issues and inventory needs.
Ensure safety data sheets are included on applicable orders.
Hazmat certified; oversee hazardous material packing and shipping.
Coaching & Mentoring (Training)
Observe and demonstrate best practices; provide feedback.
Train employees to SOPs and ensure necessary training is completed.
Coach employees to support their development.
Additional Assignments
Perform administrative tasks such as paperwork, credit card processing, and verifications.
Handle credit card transactions during shipments.
Assist operations in WTDO/WT processes.
Data entry into ERP systems.
Organize monthly hazmat meetings.
Manage equipment maintenance.
Conduct daily inventory counts.
Track warehouse transfers and ensure timely processing.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
2‑5 years of full‑spectrum warehouse experience or training.
