as a Material Handler II in our cGMP warehouse and manufacturing clean room environments. You will monitor inventory levels, order, and distribute materials to locations within the manufacturing, quality control, and facilities areas.
How You Will Contribute
Receive materials, pick orders, clean, and deliver samples.
Stock materials in the warehouse and throughout the facility. Occasional pallet jack and/or forklift use required.
Perform cycle counts throughout the facility.
Work routinely in clean rooms.
Transfer manufacturing materials between floors.
Evaluate inventory levels and place orders for the supply storage areas.
Perform duties safely and in compliance with FDA, OSHA, DOT, MSDS, and company SOPs.
Occasionally handle hazardous materials.
Complete mandatory training within required timeframe.
Perform other duties as assigned, including receiving materials, assisting with shipments, cleaning, etc.
What You Bring To Takeda
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience working in a cGMP warehouse environment.
Proficient in speaking/reading/writing English and performing basic math.
Previous experience in warehouse operations.
Proficient in using SAP.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in warehouse and manufacturing settings.
Capability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
Experience working in a cGMP setting.
Important Considerations
Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet, and body, including additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Remove all makeup, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish, and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold, wet environment.
Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers, and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
Position requires a combination of sedentary work and walking around the cGMP facility.
Physically capable of climbing, kneeling, stooping, and frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs to chest level; occasionally lift 50 lbs.
Will work in clean room environments and wear special garments and personal protective equipment (e.g., safety shoes, safety glasses).

Compensation And Benefits Summary Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
U.S. Hourly Wage Range: $18.85 – $29.62
