Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Fairway Knoll is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for its team.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM, with additional availability for on‑call rotation.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

This position reports to the Environmental Services Director.

Salary:

$17.68 - $21.78/ hour, based on experience.

About This Community Located in the beautiful community of Germantown, Fairway Knoll is a vibrant community of residents and staff. Fairway Knoll overlooks a beautiful pond and golf course. We are right off Hwy 41 on Mequon Road, offering easy access to Milwaukee or West Bend.

Responsibilities

Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.

Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.

Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.

Assignments may include:

floor care

resident moves

remodeling

painting

building maintenance

customer requests

landscape care

snow removal

pools

other projects

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to the job as defined by site requirements.

Able to work independently, multi‑task, follow directions and work under supervision.

Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Benefits Full‑time benefits‑eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
