Maintenance Carpenter

Salary: $26.79/hr Job Status: Full-time, Union Position Level: Mid-level Shift/Schedule: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
Location: Cedar Point, Sandusky, OH.
Responsibilities
Performs maintenance work on various attractions, particularly wooden rides, and other carpentry related tasks in the park.
Works out of lifts.
Climbs roller coasters.
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards, including initiating and answering guest interactions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and complies with Six Flags' safety guidelines.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
Meets Six Flags attendance requirements.
Adheres to Six Flags Rules of Conduct, including grooming and costuming standards.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Union Journeyman's card as a Carpenter in good standing.
Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
Not afraid of heights.
Able to lift and carry materials.
Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per company policy.
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older.
