Maintenance Technician
Position offered by Management Support.
Location Villas at Medical Center – 5623 Hamilton Wolfe Road, San Antonio, TX 78240.
Property 248 apartment units.
Compensation Hourly pay: $23.00 – $26.00. Full‑time, 40 hours/week, rotating weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and routine maintenance, promptly addressing service requests and emergency responses.
Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems.
Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. up three flights of stairs (no elevator).
Participate in rotating on‑call after‑hours response.
Qualifications
More than one year of building trade/apartment maintenance experience.
HVAC certification or willingness to obtain certification (paid by employer).
Basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance maintenance skills.
Current driver’s license; auto insurance verification required.
Bilingual (any language) a plus.
Ability to understand and follow written policies.
