POSITION SUMMARY

Schedule for this position is Sunday - Friday 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM or until work is completed, with rotating days off. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to locate and put away tires, assisting with inventory control.
Lifting 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Propel barrels or industrial/agricultural tires, exerting a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
Operate safely at heights up to 25 feet using stock racks where applicable.
Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing and able to work overtime as needed.
Contribute to our culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) depending on business needs.
Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisory instructions, with reasonable accommodations provided.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical demands: Lifting products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds frequently, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exerting a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling commercial tires involves rolling, destacking, team lifting, or using mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce except for steel/composite toe boots. All team members must comply with safety and manufacturer guidelines for equipment use.
Work environment: Exposure to weather conditions present at the time of work. Noise level is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants may be present.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
One year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Compliance with all company safety policies and state, federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
