About The Position We are seeking an Administrative / Distribution Clerk who supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient material flow. Key Responsibilities
Manage shipping and receiving operations, including documentation, scheduling, and recordkeeping
Serve as the primary point of contact for on‑site drivers, ensuring proper check‑in, communication, and direction
Coordinate with co‑pack facilities and external partners as needed to support distribution and logistics activities
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping paperwork, delivery records, and related administrative documents
Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, phone/email communication, and general office support
Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as required
Support operations staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Job Qualifications
Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
Strong computer skills, preferred strong experience in ERP software and Microsoft Suite
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
Clear communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with drivers and partners.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
