Paid $22.60 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
Part‑time role within Land O'Lake's Flex Manufacturing Program; 16‑29 hours per week with flexible scheduling options.
As a key member of our warehousing team, you will perform front‑line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You will coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, pack and load goods using a forklift, assist with cycle counts, and maintain warehouse organization. Daily forklift operation and use of other plant machinery will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
Shows up on time, completes tasks by deadlines, and adapts to changes quickly.
Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink‑wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery.
Able to multi‑task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
Ensures all standard operating procedures are followed.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area.
Successful forklift certification required.
Required Experience and Skills
Must be 18 years or older.
6+ months of general work experience.
Basic computer and math skills.
Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; respectful demeanor.
Preferred Experience
1+ year of warehousing work experience.
Forklift experience.
RF scanner proficiency.
Physical Requirements
Able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds.
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
Required to work scheduled shifts which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime.
