Parts Counter role
within a luxury automotive dealership. Position Overview
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing parts while being trained to support the Parts Counter. Additional duties may include delivering parts and assisting with client service vehicles. Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts and accessories Prepare and ship outgoing parts accurately and efficiently Maintain organized inventory and storage areas Assist the Parts Counter team during training Deliver parts to technicians and, when needed, to outside vendors or clients Support service operations by ensuring timely parts availability Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move parts as required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Customer-service mindset appropriate for a luxury brand What We Offer
