Job Summary Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips. The role involves providing wheelchair assistance to airline passengers, transporting them safely, handling baggage, coordinating with dispatchers, and completing incident reports.
Basic Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided
Preferred Qualifications
One year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
Engage in positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from retrieval point to desired destination within the client site or grounds
Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents, if necessary
Complete thorough incident reports
