In this role you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotations, and track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The position requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain attractive product displays and end caps.
Reset and rotate shelves with new inventory.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Collaborate with store staff and management to optimize layout.
Travel between retail locations, including overnight stays.
Qualifications
18 years of age or older.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work (moving, bending, standing).
Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and managers.
Motivated self‑starter with a bias for action and results.
Capability to work independently and in a team.
Committed to safety in a retail environment.
