About The Role
We’re hiring a Content Writer to help lead our launch department and architect the content behind the most talked‑about product launches on X and LinkedIn. This is not a “make us some content” role – it’s a creative engineering role where you shape the narratives of a launch campaign from the ground up alongside our team.
Responsibilities
Write the content for the official launch video to be posted on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. Research and identify viral references and proven viral formats on social media. Turn clients’ complex product value propositions into simple, viral storylines. Communicate the most viral posts to influencer partners and ensure they create compelling content. Review drafts from influencers before posting and make changes to increase performance. Create a post guide that makes it easier for influencers to post and go viral.
Qualifications
Storyteller with a deep understanding of virality on X and LinkedIn. Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑accountability environments. Strategic thinker who can zoom out for the big picture and zoom in to refine details. Experience writing content that reaches millions. Knowledge of narrative psychology, platform‑native communication, and the mechanics of attention.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $50,000 – $85,000 annually.
