As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with the events and branding teams to ensure seamless operations before, during, and after each event.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown to ensure smooth execution
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams
Maintain event schedules, materials, and documentation
Provide on-site support during events to ensure a professional experience
Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
Qualifications
