Your Impact
Operate machinery and tooling to produce HVAC parts.
Assemble steel HVAC items per drawings and instructions.
Inspect and verify product quality at the line.
Keep work areas clean and organized (clean, sweep, mop, organize).
Stack/secure parts on pallets or in bundles for next operations.
Lift items over 50 lbs safely; demonstrate strong hand–eye coordination.
Work in alignment with OSHA safety requirements.
Model a team‑first, customer‑service mindset.
What You’ll Bring
Analytical thinking and advanced problem‑solving, including rapid root‑cause methods.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Experience achieving financial targets and managing budgets.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
ERP experience (GP, SAP, or similar) in purchasing, receiving, production, or shipping.
Confident presentation skills; strength in time management, team building, and systems sustainment.
Compensation From $17.00 per hour.
Shifts 2nd (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) or 3rd (10:00 PM–6:30 AM).
