Location: Six Flags Fiesta Texas – San Antonio, TX
Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $18.00/hr
Starting Rate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Rentals Department, including Stroller/EVC Rentals, Cabana Rentals, Valet Parking, and VIP Tours.
Create an environment of trust, consistency, and exceptional guest service.
Develop your team, optimize operations, and model a strong commitment to safety, accountability, and inclusion.
Maintain a safe, efficient, and guest‑friendly environment.
Engage employees, communicate, and support the development and success of each team member.
Use tools like Accesso Reporting to communicate with guests proactively, ensuring accurate, timely, and helpful communication.
Create staffing levels and schedules in advance to ensure operational efficiency.
Monitor labor expenses, make data‑driven decisions to balance guest needs with efficiency.
Train, coach, and counsel employees; provide regular feedback and recognize strengths.
Motivate and inspire the team with a positive attitude and passion for the guest experience.
Reinforce safety and accountability through weekly safety audits and consistent reinforcement of expectations.
Perform all Rentals roles as needed, including front‑line assistance and guest concerns.
Promote cross‑department collaboration with Retail, Games, and other teams.
Serve as Manager‑on‑Duty (MOD) during assigned 30‑5 shifts; remain professional and present during peak periods.
Work most weekends and at least two weekdays; be visible, accessible, and reliable.
Qualifications
Experience overseeing daily operations of a rentals department (Stroller/EVC, Cabanas, Valet, VIP Tours).
Strong leadership skills with a visible, action‑oriented approach.
Excellent guest communication skills, including handling online purchases.
Proficiency in creating schedules and managing staffing levels.
Ability to analyze labor trends and make strategic decisions.
Experience in training, coaching, and developing employees.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and inclusion.
Willingness to perform tasks across all rentals roles as needed.
Collaborative mindset for cross‑departmental teamwork.
Flexibility to serve as MOD and work weekends/weekday shifts.
