About the Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Multimedia Communications Specialist to join our team full‑time. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support the marketing needs of the dealership by working on video and photo projects related to branding, advertising, and internal communications. You will be responsible for owning the full life cycle of video and multimedia production, from planning and creation, to editing, to publishing across multiple platforms. This position is a good fit for a videographer/photographer interested in growing their skills in production, editing and social media. You will be working on construction job sites, in and around heavy machinery, with executives on internal initiatives, and much more. Although based out of our Sand Springs location, travel will be required for productions, events, and meetings as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit professional‑quality video and photo content for marketing, social media, internal communications, and community events.
Determine appropriate equipment to use for each assignment including lights, lenses, and attachments.
Manage daily publishing schedules across multiple platforms.
Track engagement metrics, growth, and ROI across channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to design organic and paid promotional assets, including social graphics, paid media ads, and other visual promotional assets.
Provide creative direction and production support for internal events and campaigns.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of organization’s products, services, and business channels, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends and opportunities.
Ensure digital assets are properly managed within the DAM system to maintain secure preservation and longevity.
Requirements
1‑4 years of experience in photography, video production, editing, and storytelling.
Portfolio showcasing recent videography and photography assets.
Understanding of photography and videography principles, techniques, and equipment.
Familiarity with social media management tools, key social media metrics, and SEO best practices for video and images.
Ability to create and edit videos for online platforms, including scripting, shooting, and editing.
Proficiency in multimedia production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and/or similar tools).
Desire for continuous learning and growth in editing, publishing, review and strategic thinking skills.
Reliable transportation for travel across Oklahoma and Texas when needed.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
Bonus Qualifications
FAA Drone Remote Pilot Certification.
Familiarity with graphic design software (Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalents).
Familiarity with WordPress.
