We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Essential Functions
Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Operate a hydro‑vac for potholing and site cleanup.
Safely operate a pick‑up truck or bigger while towing a trailer.
Perform basic construction tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks as directed by supervisors.
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in directional drilling/underground construction is preferred but not required.
Ability to travel out of state when required.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
CDL‑A license preferred but not required.
Safely operate a pick‑up truck or bigger while towing a trailer.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand for long periods, to scoop, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Ability to work in outdoor environments: hot, cold, rain, snow.
Availability to be on call.
Compensation Pay range: $18.00/hr – $23.00/hr. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additional benefits, including health, welfare, and retirement, are available.
