We are looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform electrical and mechanical repairs of our injection molding, printing, and automation industrial machines and equipment at our plant in Tolleson, AZ, to ensure our production equipment performs as required. This role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and teamwork within a supportive environment that offers growth and development opportunities. Job details: Job Type: Full-time 12 hours Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Alternating every two weeks; Works every other weekend on 2, 2, 3, 2 schedule Pay Range: $28.00 to $38.00/hour plus $2.00/hour Shift Differential Bi-Annual Bonus Compensation This is a high paying job with built-in OT at a leading global US-based company focused on a safe work environment and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

Installs, alters, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs electrical and mechanical molding equipment, dry offset printing equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems Installs and troubleshoots mechanical or electrical support equipment (conveyors, box sealing machines, grinding equipment, stackers, etc.) Preventative maintenance in molding of Husky and BNB injection molding equipment Preventative maintenance for support equipment Maintain PM files – database Maintain work-order files – database Follow all good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and HACCP practices Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager Must know the Quality Policy, Food Safety Policy and apply them to working practices Ability to operate overhead cranes Follow all Lock-Out Tag-out procedures Must be able to work in a team environment and help others as needed Qualifications and Requirements

Effective written and oral communication skills Mechanical and electrical inclination Safety and quality conscious at all times 3–5 years industrial equipment maintenance experience preferred Ability to work under limited supervision Additional training may be required to retain position Familiar with the operation of PLCs, drives, and robots Basic equipment maintenance tools Responsible, self-motivated and team oriented; able to make decisions with minimal supervision Willingness to take a hands-on approach during process interruptions Prior experience with Husky injection molding machines preferred Education and Language

Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and minimum one year related experience or training or equivalent combination Language: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Skills and Abilities

Mathematical: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems with several variables Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, speak and hear; climb; lift up to 35 pounds; vision requirements as described Work Environment: Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, potential electrical hazards; occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, high places, fumes, chemicals, and outside weather conditions Benefits
