Wilson Trailer Company invites applicants for full‑time assembler and welder positions. This is an excellent career opportunity with a leader in the truck trailer industry.
We have openings on day and night shifts. Day shift runs 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday, and night shift runs 5:00 pm - 3:30 am Monday through Thursday.
We offer an attractive starting wage with scheduled increases and a full benefit package.
A pre‑employment drug test and background check are required.

Night Shift: 5:00 pm - 3:30 am (Mon‑Thu)
Assembler starting wage: $22.25 per hour
Welder starting wage: $23.75 per hour
Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour.

Essential Functions
Perform safety inspections of hoist chains and all tools used.
Use huck gun, drill, and other handheld tools.
Read and understand production and print orders.
Read and understand a tape measure.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Handle other tasks as assigned.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Functional vision, normal or corrected.
Functional hearing and speech.
Report to work punctually.
Access, input, and retrieve information from a computer.
Use keyboard and mouse or alternative input device.
Understand and follow safety rules and regulations.

Skills & Abilities Education:
High School graduate or GED.
Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Computer Skills:
Average; locate prints and enlarge them to clarify orders occasionally.
Communication:
Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Certificates & Licenses:
None required.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet physical demands.
Physical Demands Maximum infrequent lift: 50 lbs. Maximum occasional lift: 75 lbs. Other physical demands include lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, climbing, crawling, squat/kneel, bend, etc., as per job.
Work Environment Manufacturing setting.
Some overtime is mandatory. Night shift receives a $1.00/hr differential.
