Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance and service for each facility Using a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions Working effectively with other team members Working with provided work order system Driving a vehicle as an essential duty in compliance with MidFirst Bank’s Vehicle Use Policy Position requirements
2 years’ experience in one or more of the building trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) Successful trade or vocational school completion preferred, but not essential Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended period of time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to act competently in emergencies Seniority level
