This role is the beginning of an internal career plan that was developed to support team member growth and business needs. Successful growth ensures all levels are appropriately staffed with the right people in the right places.
Compensation:
$17/hr. with differential pay of $2.00/hr. for night shift.
Shifts:
7pm-7am or 7am-7pm
Responsibilities
Perform the assembly, decoration and packaging operations for finished goods.
Complete visual quality inspections of parts produced at work center while performing assembly operations.
Identify work center, work order, and part quality concerns.
Learn new position responsibilities following the internal growth and cross training plan.
Participate in safety and team meetings, aiding in the continuous improvement of the overall operation and work environment.

Physical Requirements
