Update maps and plans using GIS systems to meet project specifications and standards Convert field survey data and spatial datasets into clean, georeferenced GIS layers Maintain geospatial data integrity through topology checks and data cleaning Qualifications
Education:
Associate degree or certificate in GIS, Cartography, Geomatics, or related field; bachelor’s preferred Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on GIS drafting experience or equivalent internship / project work Technical skills:
Proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS and AutoCAD (or Civil 3D) Knowledge:
Understanding of coordinate systems, map projections, and cartographic principles
