Job Summary Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6 am‑6 pm; Wednesday 6 am‑12 pm.

Starting hiring rate: $20–21 /hour.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Operate label machines efficiently to meet production deadlines.

Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.

Communicate production issues to the Production Supervisor and/or Facility Manager.

Perform distribution functions as needed.

Maintain accurate logs of raw materials and product cartons for a FIFO inventory and QC identification.

Use ERP system to log time and materials for each job.

Maintain all dies.

Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area, use required PPE, and follow all safety rules and procedures.

Work overtime or on other shifts as needed.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Attending regularly is essential.

Comply with company policies regarding drug‑free workplace and safety procedures.

Physical Demands

Stand 2/3 to full time on the shift daily.

Use hands and fingers to handle and feel 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.

Reach with hands and arms 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.

Lift 50 lbs 1/3 to 2/3 of the shift daily.

Require close vision (clear at 20‑inches or less).

Color vision to identify and distinguish colors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

One to two years related experience and/or training.

Strong mechanical skills to analyze and operate label machine equipment.

Ability to embody and reflect company core values.
