Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to the general public and co‑workers.
Interact in Spanish/English, read and write simple correspondence, product labels, shelf tags, and memos.
Assist customers, clean, fill, and rotate produce displays.
Maintain the produce area, ensuring freshness and compliance with safety standards.
Lift and move produce up to 60 pounds as required.
Work under the Produce Manager’s direct supervision in a fast‑paced grocery store environment.
What You’ll Bring
Basic reading and writing in Spanish and English.
Ability to comprehend simple instructions and present information to customers and team members.
Physical ability to lift 25–60 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
It Would Be Extra Awesome if You Brought
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
