Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests using knowledge and skills as an automotive technician Continuously build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Collaborate with the service department to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work with other technicians to meet deadlines and deliver quality results Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic Excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication; customer-centric, team-oriented attitude Current driver’s license Benefits
